There is no open internet and no unrestricted AI conversation.
We do not collect children’s personal data.
The only child-related information we store is their learning progress in TetraTales (for example, which lessons they have completed and how they are getting on).
We never ask children to share personal details such as their full name, address, phone number, school, or any contact information or photos.

Why is it a subscription?
Because real understanding builds over time. Tetra works best when children return regularly, revisit ideas, and grow their reasoning lesson by lesson. A subscription supports that ongoing growth much better than one-off content.

Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew.
Refunds
If you would like a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not normally available.
