Tetra is designed to feel responsive and conversational while staying within a carefully built experience.

That means children get the warmth and structure of guided interaction without being exposed to an open-ended or unpredictable environment. 
 
There is no open internet and no unrestricted AI conversation. 
 
We do not collect children’s personal data. 

The only child-related information we store is their learning progress in TetraTales (for example, which lessons they have completed and how they are getting on). 

We never ask children to share personal details such as their full name, address, phone number, school, or any contact information or photos.

TetraTales works best on a tablet or on a computer with Chrome installed.
 
You can also add TetraTales to your child’s home screen so it opens more like an app.

On iPhone or iPad
Open TetraTales in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
Once added, TetraTales will appear on the home screen like an app.

On Android
Open TetraTales in Chrome and tap Install if you see the prompt.
If no prompt appears, tap the Chrome menu ⋮ and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

On a computer
Open TetraTales in Chrome. If the install icon appears in the address bar, click it to add TetraTales to your computer.

You can still use TetraTales directly in the browser if you prefer. 

Plans are available monthly or annually, 
for 1 child, 2 children or up to 4 children. 
You can also choose a digital-only plan or add printables.

You can try one full story free, explore several story previews, and use the 7-day free trial before your paid subscription starts.   

Why is it a subscription? 
Because real understanding builds over time. Tetra works best when children return regularly, revisit ideas, and grow their reasoning lesson by lesson. A subscription supports that kind of learning much better than one-off content. 

Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew. 

Refunds
During your 7-day free trial, you can try the full service. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund will be needed.

Once the free trial has ended and your paid subscription has started, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.
